Kirstin advises individuals, property investors and companies on a wide range of residential property matters. Dual qualified in South Africa and England & Wales, she has more than 10 years’ experience supporting clients through residential property transactions, providing practical and commercially focused advice at every stage of the process.

She acts on freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, assignments, remortgages, transfers of equity and secured lending matters. Kirstin also works with a variety of mortgage lenders and advises both UK-based and international buyers. Known for her responsive and client-focused approach, she takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives, delivering tailored advice and efficient solutions. Much of her work comes from repeat instructions and recommendations, reflecting the trusted relationships she builds with clients and professional contacts.

Kirstin qualified as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa in 2013 before moving to the UK to continue her legal career. After gaining experience in the UK residential property sector, she qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2018.

She has advised clients on residential property matters throughout her career, working with a range of law firms in London before joining Lester Aldridge in 2026.
