Laura Sellman is a Section Leader in the Real Estate team. She mainly deals with lender and borrower clients in commercial/mixed-use property and buy-to-let financing, regularly acting on large loans and portfolio matters for clients. Having worked in property since starting at the firm and in a fee earner role since 2018, Laura has a lot of experience in these sorts of transactions, as well as the various issues that can arise and how to quickly and efficiently resolve them to achieve a positive outcome for the client. In addition to providing lending services, Laura has experience in residential conveyancing and Right to Buy matters.

Laura looks to go above and beyond in assisting clients with their concerns and queries to ensure they receive the best possible service.

Laura has worked at Lester Aldridge since August 2015 as a placement student at Bournemouth University. Laura progressed her career within the LA Lender Services and Real Estate team, ultimately becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
