Natasha deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing for individuals and companies including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build properties, help-to-buy and equity release mortgages. She consistently receives excellent feedback from clients who have been delighted with the accuracy, speed and care taken with the work carried out for them, resulting in a lot of repeat work.
Natasha takes pride in providing an efficient but personal approach to each and every file and knowing what stage the transaction is at, at any given time. She works closely with agents and other solicitors so the matter proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Natasha qualified in 2018, joining Lester Aldridge in 2022.
Recent work
- Taking on a sale where the clients were unsatisfied with their previous solicitor and getting the matter exchanged within their requested time frame.
- Surrendering a leasehold title for a property converted back to a house to enable remortgage funds to be released, which were then being used on a related purchase transaction. All of which had to be done within a period of time to accommodate the rest of the chain.
- Arranging release of covenants on property on behalf of client purchaser.
