Nathan advises developers on all stages of land acquisitions intended for residential development. This includes pre-contractual advice and enquiries, conditional contracts, option agreements and title insurance. He also deals with ancillary documentation, including supplemental and overage agreements, deeds of easement and licenses and regularly advises clients on infrastructure matters.
Nathan is experienced with commercial landlord & tenant matters. He can assist and advise on FRI and renewal leases of offices, industrial units, retail space and other commercial property.
Nathan joined Lester Aldridge as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Real Estate Development team in September 2021.
- Advised and completed on the acquisition of a large redevelopment site in Surrey for a national retirement housebuilder.
- Advised a local landlord on and subsequently completed a series of new leases of a multi-let office block.
- Drafting the certificate of title for the head office of a luxury residential developer, as part of their property portfolio refinance.
