Neeti is experienced in handling all manner of residential transactions. She has experience of acting for high-net-worth individuals, overseas investors and private banks, in particular in relation to the purchase and sale of new-build developments as well as Central London properties. She has also acted for a number of foreign banks taking security over London properties and advised in relation to complex refinancing structures.

Neeti qualified in 2008 at a West End London law firm and has since worked exclusively in residential property having spent much of that time at a top 30 City law firm.
