Nicola has been working in property for over 8 years now, with a great deal of experience in landlord and tenant commercial property matters, as well as dealing with residential sales and purchases. Nicola decided to qualify by choosing the CILEx route as this would allow her to continue working full time whilst studying, especially as she already knew that she wanted to practice in property. Nicola spent a great deal of time outside of her full time working hours studying and attending workshops as well as during her lunch breaks. This allowed her to complete her two exams and client care skills coursework in only 10 months. She is now a proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Nicola is now a Section Leader and currently works in the Lender Services team here at Lester Aldridge. Nicola would describe herself as an approachable person who is always willing to go the extra mile for clients. Some recent work includes acting for a commercial lender on a portfolio of matters which required a high level of attention and was completed successfully within 4 weeks from receipt of the documentation.
