- Acted for the joint trustees of a bankrupt to obtain the suspension of that individual’s discharge from bankruptcy as well as obtaining property and information pertinent to the bankruptcy.
- Advised the joint administrators of a fintech company in realising its assets for the benefit of creditors, which involved applications to extend the administration in the interim.
- Advising the joint trustees realise their interests in a wide property portfolio and which involved dealing with competing proprietary interests claimed by third parties.
- Successfully pursued a director and their spouse for payments paid to them by their company which were held to be transactions at an undervalue pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986.
