Oliver specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions and leasehold matters.

Oliver has experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including property sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. He also advises on leasehold matters, including statutory and voluntary lease extensions, preparing new leases for house and flat conversions, and deeds of variation and rectification.

Working with clients primarily in Dorset and Hampshire, Oliver also supports those based in London and across the UK. He is detail-oriented and hardworking, while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner to ensure clients feel supported throughout their property transaction.

Oliver first joined Lester Aldridge as a placement student in 2019 between his second and final year at Bournemouth University. He returned as a Paralegal in 2021, became a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in 2022, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.
