Paris Lewis is a Learning & Development Business Partner with more than 14 years’ leadership experience across highly regulated environments. Having held senior operational leadership roles, including Head of Operations positions with responsibility for teams across the UK and internationally, she brings extensive experience in leading people, developing talent and supporting organisational growth.

Paris valued the operational and strategic aspects of leadership, but it was supporting people to develop and achieve their potential that she found most rewarding. This led her to focus her career on Learning & Development, where she brings together her leadership experience with her passion for developing people and building capability.

At Lester Aldridge, Paris works across a broad range of learning and development initiatives, with a particular focus on early careers. She oversees the firm’s early career pathways and development programmes, supporting individuals at the beginning of their legal careers as well as existing trainees as they progress through their professional development.

Outside of work, Paris enjoys spending time in the countryside with her dogs and horse. A keen equestrian, she successfully retrained her former racehorse for dressage, a journey that reflects her belief in the importance of patience, resilience, and teamwork.
