Paul started with Lester Aldridge as a placement student as part of his law degree in 2008-2009. Following graduation from university, he rejoined Lester Aldridge and worked as a paralegal before completing his CILEX training and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2017.

Paul works on a wide variety of real estate transactional matters and advises clients on the following:

• Commercial lettings (new leases and lease renewals)
• Commercial portfolio management matters
• Plot sales of both commercial and residential units
• Sales and purchasers of a wide variety of different types of property, both residential and commercial
