We have used the services of Lester Aldridge to purchase a property in 2021 and to sell the same property and purchase another in December 2025, and we recieved a consistently fantastic service in all transactions. Nothing Less Than 5 Stars is Deserved
We have had a long and arduous purchase as cash buyers of an apartment in Canford Cliffs. We started the journey in May 2025 and have completed as of 19th March 2026 - despite being cash buyers and a keen seller. The reasons were numerous, virtually all legal matters that needed sorting out, demanding work to be carried out at the property due to new legislative requirements needing actions to be carried out by other parties. Through the extreme diligence of Rebecca Green at Lester Aldridge Solicitors, every single issue that arose, was identified and action pressed to be taken by these third parties. This was a frustrating journey but made so much easier by the kind, patient and thorough work of Rebecca. She was so easy to work with and was extremely prompt in responding to emails or calls.
