Rebecca acts for a wide range of clients including commercial landlords and tenants, lenders and estate clients, advising on transactions such as portfolio acquisitions, granting and assignment of leases and secured lending.

Rebecca prides herself on being responsive and proactive to meet each client’s commercial objectives, with a calm and pragmatic approach.

Rebecca began her legal career as a paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team in 2021. Having obtained a variety of experience working alongside colleagues in the wider Real Estate and Marine teams, she subsequently qualified into the Real Estate Commercial team in 2025.
