Stacy specialises in commercial litigation, where she deals with recovering assets and debts from both regulated and unregulated lease and hire purchase agreements. She also advises on enforcement actions, including bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings.

Stacy also deals with possession proceedings and has a background in real estate law which compliments her litigation experience and allows her to bring a pragmatic approach and a deeper understanding of the transactional element when dealing with these types of matters.

Stacy joined Lester Aldridge’s Real Estate team as a university work placement student in 2016 and has continuously worked at Lester Aldridge since whilst completing her law degree and Legal Placement Course at Bournemouth University.

She commenced her training contract in 2019. As a trainee solicitor, she completed seats in Property Litigation, Litigation and Recoveries and Real Estate before returning to the Litigation and Recoveries team as a qualified solicitor.
