Stephen Rockhill is a chartered engineer and lawyer specialising in non-contentious construction and engineering matters. He worked in the construction industry for 25 years prior to qualifying as a lawyer, bringing practical common-sense solutions to tricky contractual issues. He also provides live project advice to help clients avoid disputes and keep projects on track.

Stephen has worked as a chartered engineer in both the UK and Canada and with two major law firms. He recently led a construction team of eight and has lectured quantity surveyors and project managers at the University of Portsmouth on construction contracts.
