Thomas acts for a variety of finance houses in all aspects of debt and asset recovery, arising from both regulated and unregulated agreements. He also advises on other consumer credit matters including satisfactory quality disputes and wrongful interference claims. In addition, Thomas undertakes insolvency work including winding up and bankruptcy proceedings.

Thomas obtained his undergraduate degree in Law at Reading University before obtaining his LPC and MSc in Law & Business from the University of Law, Guildford. Before starting his training contract at Lester Aldridge in 2019, he worked at a property company as a legal assistant.
As a trainee solicitor, Thomas completed seats in Litigation & Recoveries, Residential Real Estate, Corporate, and Marine, before returning to specialise in Litigation & Recoveries.
