Tim is a vastly experienced litigator and advocates over a broad spectrum of areas, with particular specialisms in Litigation and Recoveries, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Finance and Asset Recovery, Alternative Dispute Resolution, commercial contract drafting, Landlord and tenant, construction disputes and all aspects of enforcement, both at High Court and County Court level. Many years acting for major blue-chip companies, both within the UK and abroad, and in dealing with international disputes.

He prides himself in offering a high level of service incorporating prompt and technically sound advice tailored to the client’s needs whilst at all times maintaining a commercial outlook on their behalf. Previous in-house experience enables Tim to adopt an empathetic and sound understanding of clients’ expectations and internal requirements and to link these to advise on strategy and process.
