Wendy graduated from Surrey University in 2012 and studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford the following year. Wendy trained with a local firm before joining Lester Aldridge LLP in February 2018.

Wendy deals with all aspects of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant leasehold and licensing, development and secured lending. Wendy acts for a wide range of clients including, developers, investors, banks and charities.

• Acting for a developer on the negotiation of an option agreement of land in Wimborne.
• Acting for a care home company on the disposal of the property to a local developer.
• Advising a commercial tenant on taking a lease of warehouse space in Portland.
