Yasmin advises on a wide range of distressed property transactions and insolvency and restructuring matters.  She has particular experience in acting for lenders and insolvency office holders, including those appointed as administrators, liquidators, receivers or trustees in bankruptcy.

Yasmin started her career in the Real Estate team at Lester Aldridge as a paralegal in 2014. After training at a national firm, Yasmin qualified as an insolvency and restructuring solicitor and has practiced in this area in both small regional and large City firms. Yasmin re-joined Lester Aldridge in 2022 and specialises in distressed realisations in the real estate sector.
