Yessica has been working within the Litigation & Recoveries team since 2009. She undertakes litigation for a variety of finance, motor finance companies, banks and other lenders.

Yessica advises clients on consumer credit matters, including satisfactory quality complaints, disputes relating to unsecured and secured facilities, the recovery of assets and any shortfall remaining following the recovery of the asset. She also undertakes insolvency work, which includes bankruptcy and winding up proceedings.
