Catherine Tree

Catherine is our Data Protection Officer and Information Management Officer. Catherine is a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx).

After initially working in personal injury law for many years, Catherine diversified with IT case/practice management development and then moved into Compliance. Catherine specialised in information management and data protection in 2018 when she qualified as a Data Protection Practitioner (PC.dp). Catherine became Lester Aldridge’s Data Protection Officer in May 2021.

Catherine works closely with Joanne Clarke (Compliance Partner, MLRO and COLP) to ensure Lester Aldridge maintains its program of compliance for data protection and information security.

Catherine takes the lead with our ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring the necessary policies, procedures and controls are in place to maintain the accreditations.
