Chris acts for private individuals on a variety of residential property transactions, buying and selling properties in London and further afield.

He prides himself on strong communication and ensuring that clients are consistently updated and informed on the progress of their transactions.

Chris has worked in the legal sector since obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Law in 2016. He completed his training contract at Lester Aldridge in September 2023, having undertaken seats in Real Estate Development, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, and Residential Property.

Recent work

• Acting for buyers of a number of high-value properties in Central London locations;
• Acting on the purchase of a country property subject to several rights of way and resolving concerns regarding access to the land;
• Assisting with the purchase of a leasehold property, which required a lease extension and to be completed simultaneously with the purchase.
