About the event:

Please join members of our Real Estate Construction team for a practical update on Construction Case Law, and learn first hand practical tips you can implement straight away.

Covering aspects of recent key developments in construction case law, our event is tailored to those working in the construction sector, such as architects, surveyors, suppliers and planners.

We will take a look at what constitutes “construction operations” for the purposes of The Construction Act 1996, potential claims under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the current approach to “true value” adjudications.

Providing practical tips, we will cover the follow topics:

• Surprising developments in adjudication
