With over 20 years of experience advising on commercial and corporate matters, his advisory scope includes joint ventures, commercial agreements and corporate transactions.

Oliver, Partner Head of the International Private Client team, advises on a broad range of international private client matters for clients in the UK and overseas.
As well as being an accomplished solicitor, Oliver also practises as a notary public.
