Elliot assists developers with a diverse range of transactional matters for residential and commercial development. This includes drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, option agreements and other ancillary documentation which may be required as part of the land acquisition or sale process.

Elliot also has experience advising on development finance transactions and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Elliot joined Lester Aldridge in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor into the Real Estate Development team in September 2023.
