Rebecca assists with all types of landlord and tenant disputes, including dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and rent reviews.
She also assists with residential property disputes, including possession proceedings, service charge disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way issues and boundary disputes.
Rebecca’s clients comment on her being proactive, efficient, and responsive with excellent knowledge of the procedural.
Rebecca is actively involved in business development. She is Co-Vice Chair of the Bournemouth Property Association. She has also assisted with setting up inaugural networking groups for young professionals.
Rebecca trained and qualified at a firm in Dorset before moving to London in 2018. She then worked at a West End firm and a firm in the City before deciding to relocate to the coast in 2021.

- Obtaining possession of a £16 million property for a high-net-worth landlord from a tenant who was in substantial rent arrears with full judgment and costs.
- Successfully defending a potential claim against executors in relation to a property which was holding up the administration of the estate.
- Advising landlords in relation to forfeiture on the basis of rent arrears and assisting with the process of taking back possession.
- Advising executors in relation to defending a spurious claim for beneficial ownership of estate property and obtaining successful summary judgment, along with costs.
- Advising individuals in relation to obtaining adverse possession of unregistered land.
- Advising care homes in relation to possession from residents who do not leave the premises.
