Alexandra provides a broad range of services and advice to the charities sector, with a view to ensuring trustees and charity professionals feel supported every step of the way. She is proactive in understanding the unique needs of each charitable client and keen to help them in reaching their goals by assisting with navigating the often complex legal and regulatory framework.

Alexandra’s work with charities is complemented by her experience in the Corporate & Commercial team. She is pleased to be able to offer assistance with a variety of corporate and commercial work including transactional matters such as sales and acquisitions including the due diligence process, as well as company governance, and other corporate and commercial agreements.

Alexandra is passionate about understanding her clients’ needs and providing calm and straightforward advice. During her training contract, Alexandra gained experience in corporate & commercial and dispute resolution, as well as, prior to this, working with both the private and public sectors domestically and internationally.

Alexandra joined Lester Aldridge in the Charites and Corporate & Commercial teams upon qualifying as a solicitor in August 2022.
