Edward is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at LA. He advises businesses on transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions and receiving investment, both debt and equity. He has a particular focus on transactions and investments involving land including acting for property developers and businesses in the hotel and leisure sector and the healthcare sector.
