Rosalind advises national and regional developer clients on a wide range of transactional matters for residential and commercial development and on all stages of land acquisition, including development finance.

This involves drafting and negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts,  option agreements, overage deeds and all other ancillary documentation which may be required in the specific transaction.

Rosalind joined Lester Aldridge as a trainee solicitor in September 2021 and qualified into the Real Estate Development team in March 2023.
