Nicole has acted for a wide range of clients, including individuals, private companies, lenders, investors and charities. She frequently acts on non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, including on the grants of new leases and dealing with assignments.

Nicole prides herself in being proactive and responsive by always keeping clients updated on developments and suggesting practical means by which a client’s desired outcome can be reached.

Having previously worked in the financial sector, Nicole joined Lester Aldridge as a paralegal in the Restructuring and Insolvency team in 2021. Nicole completed her training contract and subsequently qualified into the Real Estate team in 2024.
