Chelsie deals with various aspects of commercial property, including acquiring and disposing of commercial property, bridging and secured lending finance and non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions. Her clients include individual and corporate property owners and specialist commercial lenders.

Chelsie began her career at LA in 2018 in the Residential Property team whilst in the placement year of her Undergraduate Degree. Since then, she has worked alongside several key colleagues within a variety of teams within the firm, including Real Estate Finance, Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation & Recoveries, and Private Client.
