Jodie deals with various aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals of property transactions, transfers of equity, plot sales, and non-contentious landlord-tenant transactions. She has experience acting for banks and building societies in their secured lending work to businesses and individuals on a bespoke or volume basis.

Her clients include commercial lenders and corporate and individual property owners. Jodie’s passion and commitment build lasting working relationships with clients.

Jodie has been working in Real Estate since joining Lester Aldridge in 2018 while in the placement year of her Undergraduate Law Degree at Bournemouth University. Jodie has been a proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since April 2024.
