Jon’s role is based in the Real Estate Finance team, where he deals with commercial and buy-to-let mortgages for both individual and commercial clients. Jon works closely with mortgage lender clients to facilitate mortgages and cross-collateralised security packages on private rented property, commercial and industrial premises, and multi-asset portfolios. Jon also has long-established experience in residential and conveyancing transactions.

When working with individual clients, Jon strives to deliver a tailored service, taking the time to understand their needs and goals.

Jon has worked in property law since 2005 and qualified as a Conveyancing Technician. He is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
