Phil works in the Real Estate Finance team, acting for commercial and buy-to-let mortgage lenders within the secured lending industry. He deals with a wide range of property transactions, including portfolios, transfers of equity, dual-representation purchases, and refinances.

Phil joined Lester Aldridge in 2019 and qualified as a solicitor into the Real Estate Finance team in March 2024.
