James assists lenders with a diverse range of transactional matters, including landlord and tenant matters. He continuously promotes the growth of his team whilst building lasting working relationships with clients. James takes a commercial approach when advising clients and delivers sensible, clear, and proactive advice.

James joined Lester Aldridge in 2019 as a Paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor into the Real Estate Finance team in March 2024.
