Notably, Tom has demonstrated a strong commitment to spinal injury cases, collaborating closely with the Spinal Injury Association (SIA) to advocate for their injured members.
In addition to his experience in personal injury law, Tom is highly skilled in coronial law. He offers compassionate representation to bereaved families and other interested parties at inquests. He also possesses extensive experience in handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims, including representing appellants at First Tier Tribunals.
