We are delighted to continue to support Grace Long, Trainee Solicitor, as she represents Lester Aldridge, joining the Sahara Trek 2024.
This event, set up by the Katie Piper Foundation, will raise money for burns survivors. It will take place from Thursday, 14 March 2024, when Grace and others will trek for two full days and two half days, camping in the Moroccan desert each night. This is the foundation’s first overseas challenge.
Grace was inspired to take part whilst completing a training position in the Personal Injury & Medical Negligence department and working closely on a case involving a burns survivor whom the Foundation had helped.

We understand that enduring a burn injury can have profound and lasting consequences, both physically and emotionally.
The Katie Piper Foundation aspires to raise enough funds to support 20 weeks of Rehabilitation Stays for survivors at Rainford Hall with intensive support from specialist burns and scar physiotherapists, psychosocial support, and all the preparation and follow-up care needed.
